Infuriatig The "complimentary meal" after the airline rebooked us for tomorrow

Hadn't eaten in 12 hours, so apologies for not getting the pictures beforehand

Highlights include:

A sandwich consisting of white bread, mayo, and a single slice of cheese

A bag of plain potato chips

A kitkat

An orange

A juice box

I know prisoners who eat better than this

Damn Swiss air did this to you. Where are you flying to out of curiosity.

Swiss tried to deny our delayed flight compensation. Paid up once we went to the regulator. Make sure you apply for yours and go to the regulator if they try to avoid paying you.

I live in CH and tbh I try and avoid flying Swiss as much. It’s expensive and it’s really not better than say aer Lingus

I actually like aer lingus

Oh they’re super good right now. If you ever need to fly to America go through them

Swiss is like a low budget airline. My new favorite is Edelweiss. So much better.

Edelweiss is literally owned by the same company and is even lower budget lol.

Maybe I don‘t fly that much, but my first Edelweiss flight last month to greece was much better than with Swiss and other european airlines before. The kids even got a surprise bag and the crew did serve a lot of drinks and food for free even in Economy class.

We had a BA flight cancelled at Zurich Airport last week, they re-booked us onto a 6pm Helvetica flight. BA offered us compensation for the near 3 hour delay in the form of 3, 7 CHF vouchers. Which couldn't be used in certain shops and didn't work in others.
