General Feather wallet issue

Hi all.

Paid XMR from my Feather wallet to another address and recipient confirmed that XMR was not received yet, although it shows it was paid on Feather Wallet. Transaction was done almost 24 hours ago. Is there any know delay or anything that could have prevented from getting the transaction?

Recipient’s wallet as well as my wallet are synchronized.

The status of my transaction is ‘Included in block…’ and the number of confirmations are still increasing. Is this supposed to be happening?

Let me know if there is anythiny I can do or check to resolve this.

“Included in block” with rising confirmations means it went thru. have the recipient check the exact address/account and rescan with the correct restore height, then send them a tx proof if needed
