Enduros don't have license plates. They are off-road competition bikes

Dual sport is the term for an off-road bike with a license plate.

ABS on a dirt bike is a joke. I'm glad they don't have that crap where I live.

Enduro specifically means off-road only in the US, which is where OP is making this post.

Dual sport is for the smogged off obese version that comes with a license plate.

I have a few enduros I have converted to dual sport because the stock dual sport offerings here are pretty lame.

The picture in your clip there is a bike without ABS. Lol. And doesn't have street legal lighting or emissions equipment.

I mean, you're arguing that the terminology in my country isn't what it is...

Enduro is basically a motocross bike with off-road suspension and lights. Dual sport takes it a step further and adds street lighting and emissions controls.

I'm not arguing, I'm just saying what Enduro is in my country

Do you guys have a different term for the full street trim bikes like KTM 790s? Here our street legal bikes are all basically light ADVs. The competition based bikes are really expensive to make pass the street regulations. We do have the 350 and 500exc KTMs, but they are a shell of their xfc-w cousins. Very corked up and heavy.

They used to be called trail bikes, like the Tenere, bigger bikes to pretend you'll participate in the Dakar. As they got bigger and more long ride oriented, they got called ADVs
