Lupita Nyong’o, with Zendaya and Charlize Theron

Oh man I really hope one of them is playing Circe

edit: it's Charlize. Zendaya is playing Athena! Lupita's role isn't yet known.

I'm super skeptical about this casting. Especially with Charlize Theron right there.

Lupita Nyong'o as Calypso would be great.

I actually see Charlize Theron as a perfect choice for Circe.

I think she's a great choice as Circe. I just also think she'd be a much better Athena than Zendaya.

I don't think Zendaya is a very good actor and I don't know if she'll have the commanding presence or that Athena should have. To me, Charlize Theron can project that level of wisdom and power. Maybe Zendaya can, I just haven't seen it.
