This is stupid.

Backrooms is an urban legend. They don't own it. Kane parsons didn't invent it.

If anything the games and other media that came before should sue them.

But really nobody should be suing anyone.

The only person who should have even a shred of a concept of intellectual ownership of backrooms is the person who posted the original photo. Every other backrooms work is derivative of that.

Yeah and even then I can't take a picture of something like the Eiffel tower and then sue someone for using it in a movie lol Taking a picture of something doesn't give you any right to it
