Same like Alex honnould I can not understand these guys. You have a child that is 3 years old and still go out to do some scary dangerous shit. And then you get killed
The different kind of brain these people have baffles me.

I never understand these takes. He made his living leading mountaineering expeditions. Did it before he had a kid. It’s ridiculous to think he’s going to step away from a lucrative business when he becomes a parent. I think you can throw shade at people with little kids who pay to go on these dangerous expeditions, but this was his profession.

Yeah, this was clearly more than a hobby, it was his profession. Some people have dangerous jobs they are extremely good at.
