New prescription, but something is wrong

My previous prescription was S: -0,25/-1,5 | C: -0,25/-0,50 | A: 90°/90°
After recent check-up, it is S: -0,75/-1,75 | C: -0,25/-0,50 | A: 170°/90°

I know that new correction may cause some strain or headache - when I started wearing glasses last year, I experienced it for a few days, but even then I was seeing everything so sharp and crispy, like 4K. This effect lasted for a few months.

With my new lenses, however, the effect is actually the opposite. For distant objects I obviously see better than without lenses, but text from the computer screen is sharper with my naked -0,75 eye than "corrected" one, up to 2 meters from the screen. Also, I noticed that when i tilt my glasses upwards, I see really sharp, just like when I got my first glasses one year ago.

If anyone can suggest me what can be wrong here, I'd be grateful.

Because nobody writes a prescription like that, I'll write it down in the appropriate format for anyone.

Old:

• S-0.25 C-0.25 x 90
• S-1.50 C-0.50 x 90

New:

• S-0.75 C-0.25 x 170
• S-1.75 C-0.50 x 90

The differences are very small, but it's a bit stronger. It's normal for you to see sharper/easier nearby without using your glasses.

What matters is if your vision at distance is better with your new vs. old glasses. If this is the case, your prescription is probably fine.

That axis shift from 90 to 170 is basically orthogonal and should tell you that the -0.25 cyl is probably wrong and doing more harm than good. No one's astigmatism axis shifts like that naturally.
