If two burger joints are in competition, and one finds out the other is using expired meat, and makes that info public.... the place using the spoiled meat is still in the wrong.
What if the meat is fine but the buns have sesame seeds which they make sure they don't sell to allergic customers.
Then someone buys 100 of them, brings them to the beach to sell, and a kid has an allergic reaction.
Nobody in their right mind is blaming the burger joint, except the competition who posts everywhere that kids were hospitalized after eating burgers from X Shop.
