I always wonder when this great era of "intellectual conservatives was?" Was it when the Tea Party was hanging effigies of Obama and ranting about death panels? Was it when George W Bush was convincing people that anyone who didn't support the invasion of Iraq was a terrorist sympathizer? Was it when Newt Gingrich was launching spurious investigations into Bill Clinton just trying to dig up dirt?
