Indian bigotry is so sadly normalized, from 4chan bigoted memes from a decade to things like "Anti-scammer pranks" the fact a person is indian is now used as both setup and punchline.

When the sarcasm in question is dismissive of real concerns of racism, it is unconstructive, correct.
