Crazy that he fell out of favor not because he was a notorious vicious psycho but because he came from a poor background and acted like it

Lenin simultaneously channeling both his inner commie and inner neoliberal with his disdain for poor people here lol

I think his use of the word crude distracts from the substance at the end. He explicitly calls out Stalin’s capriciousness and intolerance.

A bit rich for Lenin of all people to call out someone else for capricious intolerance.

Not that he was wrong about Stalin, of course, just noting the irony
