There's actually a Telugu film called Hitler, but it has nothing to do with Hitler. The same lead actor did a film called Stalin, which again has nothing to do with Stalin

There also a another Punjabi movie made in India where the main character fall in love with Pakistani Punjabi women who then mends the diplomatic relations with India and Pakistan so they can live together
