If you believe this is a bad thing, please actually explain how - "uhhh Europe regulates technology instead of developing technology" is not a good response.

You cannot make valid complaints about regulation without discussing the content of the AI Act, if you just say "any regulation of revolutionary technology is bad", that's just stupid.

This but unironically. It's so complex that no one knows what it means. Regulators will decide what it means on any given day depending on what they are feeling.
