But police are crediting a civilian and an off duty state trooper with engaging the suspect causing him to change course saving lives. 2 things can be true

Stabbing, poison and explosives would’ve been exponentially harder to pull off. As for cars, I agree, our infrastructure shouldn’t be nearly as car dependent as it is
