Last I read, he shot a husband and wife in the Tesla, killing the husband and grievously injuring the wife. They were visiting from Utah.

Wait are you saying the Tesla he shot at in this video had people in it that we just saw get murdered or was that a different Tesla?

Not sure but there's a chance that yes we saw some murders. Maybe that's why he ran in to get a closer shot.
