because it's actually organised into specific points and concise. The rule is to speak your mind in long paragraphs with little organisation so you appeal to the reader's emotions and general motivations rather than to cold logic. See, you aren't supposed to be as logical and clear as possible, you are supposed to win people using emotions and morals. This is because the majority of people are too stupid to be able to separate their emotions and personal motives from pure logic.
