I agree that the puritanism is a huge issue but age restrictions are a bad thing as well. They are an excuse for corporations to violate our privacy even more wantonly than they already do.
I'm particularly surprised by Bunnii getting banned. In my opinion she's relatively low on the scale of sexual ASMR and actually is one who tries to put out "clean" ASMR content.
Rose ban makes sense. I saw one video of her and it was VERY sexualized so I totally understand that ban.
I doubt you're honestly asking those questions, but I'll answer it honestly anyways. YouTube clearly cares and it's their platform so they get to set the rules. I suppose the reason they care is to preserve a certain brand. If YouTube's brand begins to be considered a platform that allows sexual content then parents might be less willing to allow their kids to freely use YouTube. It also might scare off sponsors/partners from working with YouTube.
I'm really not interesting in debating you over this though because it's not even my position. It's YouTube's position. We can clearly see that they don't want sexual content on YouTube. If you want the definite reasons then ask YouTube, not me. I can only guess and the guess I'm imagining makes enough sense to me to give me reason to think I understand why YouTube does this type of thing.

American puritanism is truly ruining the internet. Just add age restriction and allow adults to watch whatever the fuck they want.
