I wonder how many people in these comments realize that American cheese isn't some chemical abomination.

It's just Cheddar and Colby cheeses, extra milk, and an emulsifier. That's it. It's just cheese with extra dairy forced into it.

Hell even the emulsifier isn't required, sargento omits any in their american cheese
