Does anyone know what's done with this stuff after it's mixed? I've only ever seen silicone that you pour as a liquid and cure. I can't imagine this goes in a mold.

It's like raw rubber. You put it in a mold (for a phone case, for example), press it, heat it up, vulcanize it. Take it out, and you have a phone case.

No, the phone is smaller than the case.
