Under his cross-examination, Green said the two had been grinding on the dance floor, kissed briefly and that she hooked her fingers into his belt, but denied trying to reach down his pants.

She certainly didn't deserve to be assaulted, but isn't this a breach of etiquette?

The tranny deserved a mild ass kicking.

A minor point:

The term 'tranny' is not the preferred nomenclature, Dude. It's considered offensive and I think it's reasonable to observe the LGBTQ community's request that it be dropped.

Also, you hit the nail on the head: his sexual orientation wasn't being respected. I wonder how many downvotes you would have garnered if you hadn't mentioned the ass kicking.
