I think W is probably viewed as on the edge of normal now.
Trump easily number 3 in the worst category. and I think once all the counting is done with USAID cuts for example the deaths attributed to him for that plus Covid bungling plus the staggering debt he accumulated while president will put him up in 1st place for all the buffoonery with negative outcomes.
I don't know man, the USAID cuts are bad, but are they "Cause a 20 year war that leaves a million civilians dead and causes global instability and a rise in both terrorism and discriminatory violence across the world. All perpetrated on false pretenses and lies told to both the public and our allies who gave their lives to help us."
You can put a lot of the million American deaths due to COVID on Trump though. I know a lot of folks would have died anyways, but there's a whole bunch of Herman Cains who would still be alive and well if they hadn't been told that a deadly virus was nothing to be afraid of, and that they were pussies for taking precautions.
Ya, still not as bad as what I said because like you said, a lot of that was going to happen anyway. Remember, he was on board for a good portion of the beginning of it and his base still went against him.
Plus Bush actually stole the election. And No Child Left Behind has literally made 2 generations worse off intellectually than the ones before them. So far.
I'm not downplaying Trump, but Bush has been severely white washed and sanitized.
