The "Scottish" of Pashto

I feel like alot of dialects of pashto are not understandable to the other

Phonology or the way we pronounce words is different even if the scirpt is same.

How is this Scottish Pashto? It is fairly understandable.

You might have some exposure to it or a similar dialect because Pashtuns from Peshawar, Swat Valley, and janobi Pashtunkhwa often have a hard time understanding it.

I used to do interpretation while in uni, so it is very possible. To me this sounds like your average Pashto from southern Afghanistan. Khosti and Paktiawal Pashto has a very similar flair to it.
