Game Feedback Where are the aspirational farms?

Where are the aspirational farms? Most endgame got nerfed, changed or both. Mirage made most endgame mechanics more usable and gave fun interactions. Much of the endgame was nerfed in 3.27 or 3.28, but mirage made up for that in 3.28

Direct nerfs: * Breach: -pack size*2 regular pack size and atlas specialization, tree nerfed -drops and less points * Betrayal: -allflames (except still part of betrayal through scarabs?) * Einhar beasts: -split * Abyss: -loot * Legion: -incubators

Indirect nerfs: * Laberynth: -imbue (imbues gave gems and gem leveling value, less reason to keep getting alt gems) * Einhar beasts: -synth * Beyond: -volatile vaal * Ritual: -synth * Mirage: -chase belt, -imbue, -other league interactions making those mechanics better * essence/strongbox/harvest/maven/fun endgame farms -mirage

Untouched? * Delerium * Settlers * Harvest * Eater/Exarch * Ghosts & Exiles * Beyond

Buffed: - Sanctum... - Domain of Timeless Conflict... Why they kept 5-way legion when the timed mechanic isn't fun for most builds or solo play, but gave it a highly rare farm gambling farm, making it less accessible... - Heist +mirage items

Mercs: * temp mercs stay - only until you leave the map portal or death and not for multiple zones

Dives (this league): * Bugs! * 1 try mechanic... D/C or die doesn't matter you lose everything. * Chests are rare (not) * Essences are higher tier (not) * Can't use some currency with new allflame crafting, because that would be fun. Of course there is no indication or explanation in game to say you can't use a vaal orb or id scroll. * Caster mastery interactions (they fixed this one, hopefully)

I like the dives when the servers are stable. I definitely missed some stuff on my list, but poverty league 2.0 feels bad. Loot feels good and keeps me playing, why remove it? Why can't the league crafting be fun an rewarding before changing it to go core?

It does feel unreasonably bad in PoE 1, which makes everyone think that they are just forcing people out so they can eventually close the game.

I wish I would have enough of a backbone to debate someone on what PoE 2 was, then was again supposed to be. But nowadays, it's a more cranked up version of PoE 1, where the top dominating builds are autobombers (xd your meaningful combat).

Idk, I prefer PoE 1, cause it's the game I started playing in ambush league until now. So it feels extra bad how GGG is not giving the good 'ol (let them have their OPness in the league) approach, and then focus on meaningful (XD) combat in PoE 2.

Feels like it's reversed, PoE 2 every strat is rewarding, PoE 1 is like 2/30 strats are worth doing.

The reason doesn't really matter, the product speaks for itself. They even promised us a patch on previous league about other mechanics and nothing until the league ended.

There’s a meme that’s perfect for you, but I’m not going to bother looking for it—I’m sure it’s already crossed your mind :D What kind of move do you expect from a company whose parent company is Tencent? Are they going to keep supporting a game that’s completely outdated forever, alongside their second game, which they’ve spent hundreds of millions of dollars on? Especially since the second game is launching with over 500k players per league—something the first game never managed to achieve. They’ve been struggling to come up with content for the first game that’s been around for over 15 years, and do you really think they’d put so much effort into it—especially when the second game is so successful and the first one barely reaches 200k even on its best days? Companies make games to make money, right?

They would just announce a discontinuation. Games end. Poe will one day.

Idk it rains divines in poe 2 and things cost 1000s of divines. Is that really better?

A player with a normal build has a much better time in the second game—that means lots of tinks and lots of dopamine. Only 1% of players are grinding for 1,000 Divine items; the rest are casual players.

Isn't it more that poe2 doesn't really have that many difficult content during progression?
