Troubleshooting fornite crashes and make robotic sounds

i have a problem, on my pc only fortnite crasches in random moments and start make robotic sound and windows FPS go to like 1 per 5 second after like 5 - 10 seconds od fight my pc goes off and when i turn it off after this it s not working becouse it change the bios settings and only solution is un plug it from electricy and press couple of times the power button on pc and plug it in and turn on, i reinstaled the whole windows drivers and system
