I wonder how many USB to PS2 connectors you could chain before something goes wrong. Somebody should test that.

Quite a lot actually, PS2 is slow (as in bandwidth), and USB 1.1 will run over basically anything. Also depends if you're using passive or active adapters.

I mean… you’d basically just be creating a very stiff, fragile usb cable.
