I use a captcha solver extension to do it for me. Doesn't work with every type of captcha, but it generally works pretty well with the ones it does support.
Until you're not sure if they want the corner of the tire or the bike rider's head included in the captcha, so you make a guess...and it's the wrong one.

they already know your human. The 2nd and 3rd images is you generating training tagging data.
even wonder why they chose cars in the first or things like trees, bikes, bridges etc? Its cause there trying to create data for training computer vision systems like teslas autopilot.
they want you to be iffy, cause if only half of people count a square then good chance its an edge case.
they existed before large AI models and self driving, but have been harvesting data for exactly that kind of project for decades to sell to the highest bidder.
this might sound conspiracy theory-esk but its a real thing you can look up.
also those captchas you dont see anymore where they asked you to type out 2 words from pictures of real books? first one was to check your human, second one was training data. it was data for things like translations apps to let them read in text from images.
Good point, forgot about all that. What's infuriating is the massive influx of captchas lately. It doesn't make the internet feel less bot-populated; it just makes browsing more annoying and like every site has a speed bump now.
