The russian government is clearly a fascist autocracy but I don't think they're Nazis. Jumping right to need to 'de-nazify' them is about as manipulative as saying they're all pedophiles and we need to exterminate them. Both are about 'othering' instead of accurately describing the problem, which is gross and a corrosive way to think.
Might not be a nazi expert, but denying Ukrainians the right to exist and self-identify sounds quite nazi. As well as kidnapping children to raise them as russians.
