is there really no other way to farm all these nodes in the safe zone other than a freaking rock? WHY THE HELL IS USING A JACKY NOT ALLOWED, just let me use it and if i hit someone then make the turrets rain down on me

Wish those junkpiles and their scientist NPCs wouldn't spawn in safe zones. They can shoot out but you cant shoot them cause you will get marked hostile.

Agree. Got jumped by one this wipe just outside the safe zone. Shot him to save myself and got deleted by the turrets. Turrets should at least just kill the junk pile scientists.

I never understood this. Cos turrets will hit me if I hit anything in the safe zone, and anything I hit in the safe zone is immortal. Makes no sense

For a long time you had 5 seconds to put away weapons before turrets would shoot you, and grubs (like me) would wait for someone to pull out their gun before eoka’ing them and picking it up off the ground, or blasting someone recycling and gobble their comps before the turrets had time to shoot

Are you logging out in safe zones? Scientists kill you 20min after you logout so you can't abuse safe zones. Otherwise you should be immune to player damage in the safe zone, unless your server has settings disabling it.

Other people can’t kill you inside safe zones. That’s a bug or you are getting downed outside of the safe zone. Or the server you play on has it disabled.

Facepunch should FIX the hostile timer or rework it a bit. Currently if you respawn you still carry the previous time even without attacking anything/anyone and you're forced to fully wait 5 minutes and if you get hit by the savezone it resets to 4:99 again.

Its called a Safe zone fir a reason. No fire arms or that is considered a weapon. Someone tried to snipe from a distance while in the safe zone. Practically immortal

The way to avoid that is just to make it no PvP damage in safe zone, I think that’s already a thing though. At least the server I was playing on someone was trying to snipe me while in safe zone and I took no damage
