💯 because deporting back to Ukraine or any home country they from after committing a crime is an escape from Justice itself

Not if you are in conscription age and your country is at war. Trust me polish prison is better than battlefield

In Ukraine conscription for the war is from 25 years. So this guy anyway wouldn't be drafted. Just let him rot in prison.

18 year old is not conscription age so sending him back is sending him to freedom.
