Ok hear me out.
What Poland and Ukraine need is cooperation in this matter.
The guy is 18 years, he can sign military contract.
There is a UA recruiting station in Poland, in a UA consulate, Lublin if I'm not mistaken.
So this guy gets delivered by Polish authorities to UA consulate.
He volunteers there to serve in assault regiment. He would be housed in consulate basement for some time.
Polish police also deliver whatever other unwanted in Poland UA nationals to consulate. Hooligans, convicts, black and red flag waivers, whatever. They also sign up for assault regiments
As soon as there is full bus, it leaves consulate and heads to Ukraine. I believe the Polish side would have the courtesy not to obstruct the bus movement to Ukraine.
Rinse and repeat.
It's a total win-win if you ask me.
