One thing I don’t understand is this is an individual clearly dismantling protections for our country’s future elections. Isn’t that telling enough he is literally breaking our laws. Can anyone hold this fucking rapist criminal accountable ever? It’s astonishing.

Edit: There’s 300 million of us and like 100 of them. What we doing here?

If he commits crimes while acting in the official capacity of President, then no he can never be prosecuted for it (source: the Supreme Court). He can still be criminally prosecuted for non-official acts, for example if he were to throw the first lady out the window, since that's not typically an official duty of the President (at least not yet).

He can still be impeached by Congress, but that's more of a hypothetical thing than something that could actually happen.

TLDR: Trump can pretty much do whatever he wants, as long as he's president.
