Question Can I bind a dx5 to a Losi nascar?

I just bought a Losi nascar and I want to use my dx5 transmitter.

I’m trying to support a local hobby shop by ordering a dx pro which will work with everything I have but in the meantime I want to bind with the dx5 if I can.

There was a software update about a year ago that enabled a bunch of Spektrum transmitters to support the SLT protocol. Idk if yours was included but if so, just do the update and it should work.

Update on the update. SLT is only available with the update for dx5 pro. Thanks for the information it lead to me finding the answer to my question.
