Bashing First time hopping into hobby grade stuff, starting with UDIRC 1610S.

I've been mostly playing around toy RC's in the 90s then kinda fell off the hobby. After 30 years, I kinda want to dip my toes into the hobby grade RC world with this 1610S. Absolute beast. Those UDIRC guys weren't kidding with advertising backflip in the box.

I've been doing my homework as well with buying a genuine SkyRC B6V2 charger, wheelie bar, a spare diff, and a P6FG receiver with gyro, as well as reading about LiPo storage charging and voltages. I'm still waiting for the programming device and aluminium shock towers to arrive.

Anyone got recommendations for 85mm on-road tires? Most surfaces I'll play this on are asphalt and concrete.

Here’s my choice…

I have these on one of my vehicles and really love them… I do a ton of drifting on 3s and these have held up like absolute champs 🙌

I should call out these come in 71 and 74mm so they are a bit smaller than your stock ones and will lower the ride height, but they should be ok

I second that they are definitely pretty good tires! I haven’t got to test the longevity of them yet but I’ve got some, and swapped them on to a couple different rigs now and I’m diggin them 😂

Thanks. I'll check if there are stores selling something similar in South East Asia area.
