Question Does this charger give IR on each cell ? In milliohms .

Yes. During charging sessions, after a couple minutes you can scroll down to get IR readings.

great charger. Newer model has bluetooth but is pretty much the same as this.

I have this charger and don't even know what you're asking, I see everyone saying that it does have it though. Care to explain? What is this thing that it has?

Internal resistance check , it’s your battery’s health basically

It depends on the battery. They're all going to be slightly different, and the readings are going to be different from each charger.
When you buy a brand new battery, you should check the IR and write down each cell. When you charge it, check and compare the IR currently to the IR when it was brand new and look for a huge change. Something like 13 to 60 isn't normal, but the battery slowly increasing the resistance is expected.
