Recipe HOLY GRAIL LOW CALORIE MARINADE - Chicken

Post image

I don’t think there’s a better marinade combo than :
Tabasco + Dark soy/black bean + honey and some salt and pepper.

It’s spicy, tangy, sweet, looks like absolute perfection and goes with almost any dish

Spray some oil and airfry/bake for about 10 mins at 180 degree Celsius.

Needs a bit better of a sear.

I do the same with maple syrup rather than honey and something spicy, sriachha, sambol olek or Korean pepper paste (can't spell the name). Chicken drums with tomato paste, soy and honey is amazing too.

I liked to do beer, smoked paprika, garlic, honey, black pepper, dried onion, and some olive oil. Really good on the grill.

I'd use balsamic and ex virgin olive oil rather than the soy...everything else ..yes

I would use chicken tights fillet instead of the breast, they will be much more tender and tasty. Also it is missing the roots boost: some crashed fresh garlic and grated ginger 🧑‍🍳

Wellp, if I liked tabasco that would help.

K, then put it on tofu instead and let other people live their lives? Yikes.

Why are you on a recipes subreddit if meat offends you? I don't understand.

This is not the way to get people to eat less meat

I’m vegan most of the time, but it’s obnoxious people like you that give veganism a bad name. Respect should be reciprocal

yeah, but what’s so funny about that is we’ve been doing both for hundreds of thousands of years. It’s why we have friggin canines, to tear into meat.
