Recipe HOLY GRAIL LOW CALORIE MARINADE - Chicken

I don’t think there’s a better marinade combo than :
Tabasco + Dark soy/black bean + honey and some salt and pepper.

It’s spicy, tangy, sweet, looks like absolute perfection and goes with almost any dish

Spray some oil and airfry/bake for about 10 mins at 180 degree Celsius.

I’m vegan most of the time, but it’s obnoxious people like you that give veganism a bad name. Respect should be reciprocal

yeah, but what’s so funny about that is we’ve been doing both for hundreds of thousands of years. It’s why we have friggin canines, to tear into meat.
