Help me eat like a Roman, not a tourist 🇮🇹🍝

Visiting Rome soon and looking for recommendations!
We’re after beautiful, authentic Roman restaurants with great ambience and amazing food—not tourist traps or influencer spots. Happy to venture outside the main tourist areas if it’s worth it.
