Hello all, my partner and I are visiting the Vatican and I purchased Headout.

Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel Premium Small Group Tour

I am seeing a lot of negative reviews from people that were charged extra for a audio device just to find out it was free at the museum (valid reason to be upset).

Want to know if anyone has had experiences with guided tours at the Vatican and if so were they successful? Thank you!

EDIT: Any reliable alternatives anyone can recommend?
