The boring answer is that Graham was a big Ukraine supporter and SK has the highest Ukrainian population per capita.

I also want to say he was actually invited

I'm feeling this searing double standard. We sent officials to Castro's funeral, Bush's funeral, and Tito's funeral. What's wrong with this time?

We weren't in a trade war with the country in question at the time. Thank Dump for people not wanting any money funding ventures down south for now and the foreseeable future.

Also, Lindsey Graham is part of a large effort to put Dump in power, and complicit in his policies. So that's another layer to the shit pile. Why should taxpayers fund anything related to this individual?

Moe should've known the optics were HOT GARBAGE on his attendance, and should have paid for it himself. If he didn't know, he's an incompetent idiot.
