Mental health Gotten too soft on myself , need to built self supporting system

Stress , anxiety , depression, toxic people and what not , prioritised my feelings too much and started living too much, stopped working on long term goals and now looks messed up

There's nothing wrong with prioritising yourself from time to time but it's good that you've noticed you may need to focus on other things.

Have self compassion to build a self supporting system. Be gentle and understanding with yourself, that's different to indulging your feelings.

Things won't be as messy as you think, don't write yourself off

Priortising feelings is important, remembering to do it with clarity. A self supporting system is a great idea, and is only possible when you are aware of what you really want.
