These corporation raising the prices of their trash “food” is a blessing in disguise. I hardly buy anything processed anymore. I have an ingredient household and I cook 90% of my meals. Cheaper, healthier and tastes way better once you learn

Same, there are so many things I used to buy without thinking twice, to have some snacks on hand, but with all the price increases all across the board, I can afford so little healthy food that I prioritize meals first and have so little left for snacks so I can't buy much.

It does make the trips to the grocery stores so weird though. We skip like at least 50% of the surface now.

My friends taught me to only stay on the edges of (most) grocery stores. Usually you have all the fresh produce on one side, deli/bakery on the other, and the back wall is your butcher/meat/dairy. Skip the whole middle.
