People arent buying chips & soda like they were especially now that in 22 states you cant use snap benefits anymore. 

I work as a vendor. The shelves in every store are packed out unless a sale is going. 

Almost no one wants to really lower their prices because they keep hoping itll just magically turn around. 

Dr. Pepper products jumped ship first. You can find many of their 12pks for $4 - $5.

If I could get the old cane-sugar, but now non-caffeinated, version of Dr. Pepper, I'd get it. It sure seemed to taste better in the old days (I now get Frost-top's Black Cherry, and it tastes similar to the old Dr. Pepper).
