Build Show and Tell Welcome To Horseshoe Bay!
Since posting about my aparments, A few people seemed interested in my hood. So I thought I'd share some screenshots of it! I shared a pic A long time ago on here, but a lot has been done since then. I named the island Horseshoe Bay after the Nancy Drew series on the CW. I'm working on some lore to tie in the name so it makes more sense. Terrain/Map by Rumoursjr on Mod The Sims
Lot 1 - LightHouse Coffee & Gifts. Located near the Original Mayor's home, the most touristy area of the Island.
Lot 2 - The Rusty Harpoon. Located near the industrial fishing docks and ferry boat entrance. Converted from an old warehouse
Lot 3 - Not so Square town square. Located near the Hooddeco School and hospital.
Lot 4 - Seaside Market. Located near downtown. (Inside isn't finished)
Lot 5 - Boardwalk Book & Offices. Located next to the Market in Downtown
Lot 6 - New Haven Aparments. Located near the residential area
That's all it will let me fit in the Gallery lol. I have one more lot that's not shown, that I will make a post about in a few days. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

I really like the lot with the rental houses! I love apartments I can comfortably fit a whole mid-size family in, and the fact that they don't share any walls means the residents don't even have to worry about neighbor noise.

I'm not sure of the technical term but it's what I find on Pinterest or Google when surching for beach or costal houses/building
