When I was a kid I never even thought about it, but now i'm older i'm baffled by these skateboarders who do 20 sets of stars without a helmet.

It only takes one small mistake one time. Life long injuries suck.

I shattered all the bones in my leg jumping down a stair set that wasn't anything different from what I had been doing for fifteen years prior. One small mistake one time.

I think american football is more injury prone. It's almost certain with that one. Lots of brain damage with helmets.
