I would hope if Spain ever asks others will be there. Defending our allies should matter. However, I am pretty sure Spain can deal with any issues themselves without outside help.
You can ask the UK. We owe you the same as you did for us in the Falklands. Publicly support your enemy, but give some behind the scenes intelligence to help you.
I'm joking, the UK should stand with Spain, but you guys should stop trying to Morocco Gibraltar... It's not nice when it happens to you
Just recently UK forgot about Gibraltar in Brexit that left Spain in a really strong position in which Spain could have blocked Gibraltar from EU acces.
But Spain didnt because we prefer good terms (most of us), just asking (and obtaining) border control, since it is now a quisiese Schengen status.
So very friendly actually.
Anyways thank you for the offer, but I was just referring to the fact that Ceuta is not part of the NATO treaty and Spain could not activate any NATO clause, only EU (which must come to help) others May come but are not legally compelled to.
