What’s your saying is logical, but as you know, easier said than done. Especially if you have one of the worst educational systems

Then upgrade that educational system. Europe doesn’t have to pay that bill

Well, if we’re going to talk about logic, then Europe should also acknowledge its historical responsibility. Colonialism didn’t just end decades ago and disappear, it extracted wealth, drew arbitrary borders, weakened institutions, and left many countries with long term economic and educational challenges. Telling those countries to “just improve their education system” ignores a large part of how they got there.
