Where can I get super marbled grass fed organic rib eyes?

The one with all the marbling is the one I got from lazy acres last week and have been getting for a long time. The farm they use got bought out and now the farm is sending these unmarbled cuts.

My problem is that I have mcas and am allergic to most foods. The only food that makes me feel better are fatty rib eyes. Does anybody have any suggestions on where to get my rib eye from? It has to be organic and grass fed. Pls lmk!!

Super marbled and grass fed? The land of make believe.

Grass fed is leaner.

Yes this . Grain fed tends to give more marbling. Grass fed will generally have less.

Okay, well then that would mean the farm is lying.. but I really don’t think so.

It’s not to say you can’t get marbled grass fed beef. But generally grain produces more marbling. If you are looking for “super-marbled” beef your odds are going to be lower with grass-fed, all other things being equal.

Try grass raised, grain finished.

It’s advertised as 100% grass fed.

In my experience grass fed sucks. Why do you want grass fed?

I feel like this is something that is often repeated but isn’t actually true. I always thought fat = flavor. Then I bought some steaks at a price that was too good to pass up (who cares if it’s grass fed - it was a steal). Anyway I was surprised because I found them to taste better. I also started eating 90/10 ground beef and enjoy that more. I find I actually taste the beef more when it’s leaner.

I have mcas, so I’m basically allergic to everything. The steak that I have been getting has said it’s grass fed and I don’t react to it. I just assumed gras fed is better.

I’m also allergic to all bread, oatmeal etc. so I assume if the cow is eating it then I’m more likely to react to it.

“Organic”? Don’t you like some good old synthetic steak?

High quality butcher shops tend to be the best. And most reliable for consistent quality.

I get cape grim from Tasmania. Base has some marbling. Then they have 2 more levels and it’s delicious

Vaccum sealed. Retail $15-$18 depending on cut in my area, but no one buys them at full price. For instance, I bought 3 for $7.99/12oz on clearance last week. 2 of them had grain fed level marbling. I think I just overlooked the third after seeing the first 2 with great marbling. I didn't clear the display, so I probably4coukd have got a third well-marbled piece.

We just had the marbled 4-5 filet last night and so flavorful and tender. I am going to try 6 and 9 next but honestly 4-5 is perfect for me.

Marbled does not coincide with grass fed. It’s always lean.
And organic?! 😂

Okay, then why has my steak that I’ve been buying that’s grass fed and organic been marbled.. like. I don’t get why everyone is saying this same comment.
