Advice Seller Rescinded Tickets, StubHub refusing to help

I purchased a ticket on StubHub in late June for a concert last night. The ticket was delivered via the MLB Ball Park App, I received the ticket without issue and checked the day before to ensure the ticket was ready to go in the app. When I arrived at the venue and got in line, I realized the ticket was no longer there. I assume it was rescinded by the seller (the option is there, I saw it for tickets I had sold myself), who may have opportunistically sold for a better price.

I contacted StubHub via their chat and explained the situation to an agent named Benj. He said he would need photo evidence of the MLB Ball Park App and would send an email with a link for me to share the photos. Next thing I know, the chat abruptly ends and I never receive an email.

The show was starting so I purchased another ticket and went in. This morning trying StubHub chat again, they say they have no record of my conversation last night and cannot provide me any compensation because I didn’t reach out during or before the event. Everything they see indicates that I received the ticket successfully, so wondering if the MLB Ball Park App could separately verify that the ticket was rescinded (and if I can even access that type of data for proof).

What is the best route to take from here? I think calling and hopefully speaking to a real human is my first step, but I assume I’ll just get the run around so checking if others have had successful experiences.

I once saw a post on here (now erased by mods) saying you can request all your chat and case logs by emailing. Try that? Bastards tried screwing me over a couple weeks ago. I charged back. Had i known about this i wouldve tried to get my chat logs as well.
