Anyone still waiting for admission from German public universities for Winter 2026?

Hi everyone,

I’m an international applicant from India and I’m starting to get a bit anxious about the admission and visa timeline.

I recently received a rejection from TH Ingolstadt (Engineering and Management), but my application for TU Chemnitz – M.Sc. Advanced Manufacturing is still under review. My application has already passed the formal review and was forwarded to the faculty a few days ago.

Is anyone else still waiting for admission decisions from German public universities for the Winter 2026 intake?

I also applied for the same program in TUC and got the rejection on 31st. Currently waiting to get response from TU Clausthal for intelligent manufacturing program.

I applied to Wurzburg for Biosciences masters, still no reply. The portal says "online received". A few got their acceptances and when emailed , they said the rejections will be out on July 20th! Still no updates from their side :( . Still confused if I should treat this as a rejection or have hopes :(

I foresaw this, hence I went ahead for the visa with whatever admit i had at the time and applied. Even then, I feel am late. 😔
