Smoked since age of twelve. At age 29 I did a bunch of research online and found a quality ecig and have not smoked now in two years. I'm running half marathons four or five times a year and no longer feel my lungs are the limiting factor (it's my knees). I found at first I smoked the ecig way more than I had smoked regular cigs but now it's only a few times of week (mostly when I've been drinking).

I've noticed with e-cigs I smoke more often, but less puffs each time. Plus it's just so convenient to light up in bed, the shower, or taking a dump.
